Michael talks about growing up downriver and how his band with his brothers shaped him into who he is today. He also talks with us about his experience as a speech coach as well as being a positive role model.

Garold is joined by Jennifer Perry owner of 359* Yoga in studio this week.   The two discuss how Jennifer’s early life and recent journey led to the opening of 359* Yoga.

Garold Vallie is joined by special guest Jordan Zuppke this week on The Drop In. Jordan talks about his career in skateboarding and later becoming a lawyer.
