I am the author of With Love, Ella and Blogger of Forever Strong. I am a Central Pain Syndrome warrior and advocate. I believe that it’s so important that we all advocate for ourselves and our bodies. Millions of people suffer from chronic illnesses and chronic pain and most people wouldn’t even know it. It’s time we stop judging others because we don’t know what it is like in their shoes.

Hi Alexa,
Thank you for sharing your story, and being an awesome advocate for those who have central pain syndrome. At 22 years old you have chosen not to give up , and in the process have realized your inner source of strength. Living with chronic pain presents us with many difficulties, much of which we have little control over, but it is our reactions that we can control. So stay forever strong. Be well -Kathy
