Michael Knight is a personal trainer and co-founder of Art of Strength. From clientele ranging from A-list celebrities such as Chris Hemsworth to professional athletes such as Super Bowl Champion, Matthew Stafford. Michael has brought training back to the roots with the art of using the kettlebell. At 36 years old Michael walked into his doctor’s office after 15 years for a physical. He weighed 336 lbs, was diagnosed as borderline diabetic with high blood pressure & cholesterol. His options were presented to him: Change or Die! His mission now is to show people the right way to get to a healthy, happier way of life. He is devoted to his lifestyle and clients at Art of Strength in West Bloomfield MI, where he trains and runs his business.
